I’ve been on the phone with nest support multiple times across 6 months and wasted so many hours trying to sort out our hot water connection after moving to a house with an existing nest system. Really great service, I’d thoroughly recommend them. I contacted them asking for availability, they came two days later and installed a brand new 3rd Gen Nest Learning Thermostat and stand. They couldn’t have been easier to deal with. The installation took under an hour and included a full demo/Q&A. They were super- helpful, friendly and knew the product inside out. If you’re thinking of getting a Nest Thermostat installed, I’d highly recommend using Nest Pro London.

Nest Pro was a delight to work with. Mike was communicative the whole time from the day the appointment was scheduled to the day of the installation. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. The installation was done perfectly, and Mike took the time to explain everything to me in detail before he left. Overall very satisfied with the service that I received!

Mike from Nest Pro London helped me install Nest - quickly and painlessly - including the OpenTherm connection which three other "expert" boiler engineering companies failed to do. He was polite, quick and didn't overcharge.

I had the appointment confirmed with them via email to install the Nest Pro thermostat, however the engineer has failed to arrive on a day they confirmed the appointment for. When I called they have mentioned there must have been a booking error, they have said they will try to accommodate me for another day but never came back to me. I have taken day off to be present and they waisted my time. Totally unprofessional and appalling. Don’t go near this company is my advice.
