Really great service, I’d thoroughly recommend them. I contacted them asking for availability, they came two days later and installed a brand new 3rd Gen Nest Learning Thermostat and stand. They couldn’t have been easier to deal with. The installation took under an hour and included a full demo/Q&A. They were super- helpful, friendly and knew the product inside out. If you’re thinking of getting a Nest Thermostat installed, I’d highly recommend using Nest Pro London.

Nest Pro was a delight to work with. Mike was communicative the whole time from the day the appointment was scheduled to the day of the installation. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. The installation was done perfectly, and Mike took the time to explain everything to me in detail before he left. Overall very satisfied with the service that I received!

Mike from Nest Pro London helped me install Nest - quickly and painlessly - including the OpenTherm connection which three other "expert" boiler engineering companies failed to do. He was polite, quick and didn't overcharge.

I had the appointment confirmed with them via email to install the Nest Pro thermostat, however the engineer has failed to arrive on a day they confirmed the appointment for. When I called they have mentioned there must have been a booking error, they have said they will try to accommodate me for another day but never came back to me. I have taken day off to be present and they waisted my time. Totally unprofessional and appalling. Don’t go near this company is my advice.

Mike was professional and friendly when installing my Nest 3. He explained how to control and use it, easily for a novice like myself to understand. After installation a couple of issues arose, that were no fault of Nest or the installer, but linked to my boiler. Mike has gone out if his way to help me fix these, and has been patient and informative whenever I've needed it. Would highly recommend Nest Pro London, as they try to help even beyond installation day. Great service!
