Energy Saving for Everyone!

Mike was professional and friendly when installing my Nest 3. He explained how to control and use it, easily for a novice like myself to understand. After installation a couple of issues arose, that were no fault of Nest or the installer, but linked to my boiler. Mike has gone out if his way to help me fix these, and has been patient and informative whenever I've needed it. Would highly recommend Nest Pro London, as they try to help even beyond installation day. Great service!

Terrible service. Sat around at home for 2 DAYS after being promised 2 time slots. Zero communication and then didn’t show up! Now chasing for a refund. Pay a bit more and get someone decent!

Highly recommend Nest Pro London. Mike was prompt, professional and courteous throughout. He took the time to walk me through all the settings and answered any questions. They were very reasonably priced for the service and I feel confident if there are any issues that they will be quick to help. The install was done very quickly and the outcome wonderful. Used this company to install Google Nest thermostat and camera. Work was inconclusive - installer offered to return to complete the work - however, after several missed promises to return, installer then demanded additional call-out charge to return. When I refused the demand, they offered to return and remove the items already installed for a full refund. Bizarre as it sounds, that was their solution, return to remove items rather than return to complete work. Installer returned to remove the items and advised that a refund has been processed. 10 days later, I'm still waiting for refund to show up on my Amex card, they have the products but still no refund. I think this is the classic game where a business maintain high customer focus to build up positive reviews, once they secure high volume of positive reviews, customer focus gets relegated to short term commercial interest. Dated 7th Jan 2023 Response to misleading and inaccurate response by Nest pro London The work was unfinished, the broken doorbell referenced in your response was broken by your installer, it was perfectly fine out of the box brand new - which he unboxed himself. I have a thread of text message exchanges regarding missed promises to return to complete the job before eventually reneging and requesting additional cost to return. In addition, have messages of abuse by your installer.
